Barriers to Adoption
Barriers to adoption of your social network exist at both an individual and organizational level. You should examine which apply to your organization as part of the process to create an Adoption Plan. Be aware that some are contradictory. For example, being able to add visible branding is often essential for an Enterprise to adopt a social network as its own, but too much overt branding can be a negative for customers seeking unbiased opinions and relationships with peers.
